OVERVIEW:
In my role at Carguero, I led the development of a cutting-edge registration system powered by OCR technology, automating the manual entry of hundreds of daily registrations and significantly boosting operational efficiency. This innovation addressed the limitations of the previous system, which could only register one of the four plates in a transport set, ensuring complete and accurate data capture. The new system empowered users to autonomously register their trucks by inputting transport set types (DNIT) and plates (CRLVS), streamlining the entire process and reducing back-office dependency. As a result, we achieved a faster, more reliable registration process, enhancing both user experience and data accuracy.
Additionally, the enhanced registration system played a crucial role in bringing Cargill, one of the industry’s largest players, on board as a partner. Previously, the platform’s limitations prevented seamless integration with large-scale companies like Cargill. With the new system in place, we successfully adapted to meet their complex requirements, enabling Cargill to smoothly integrate into the platform and further solidifying our market position.
