I’m Antonio Prado, a Senior Product Designer. I turn complex, high-stakes workflows into products that feel simple, scalable and trustworthy — from VR medical training to a logistics platform moving thousands of trucks a day.
My background in architecture shaped how I work: research first, systems thinking always, and close collaboration with engineering and product. I work end-to-end — UX strategy, discovery, interaction design, prototyping and usability testing — and on the design systems, governance and design operations that let teams ship consistently.

Designing VR medical training — from clinical simulation to the authoring platform behind it
Contract · Remote · French MedTech. Clinical VR simulations — Botox injection training for AbbVie and a multiplayer thoracic-drain procedure for the French Army — plus VS Studio, the platform used to author them.

Scaling design for a freight platform moving ~5,000 truck trips a day
Design Lead across 6+ squads as Carguero grew from 45 to 450+ people — real-time tracking, the Kilometro Zero design system (~350 components) and the Design Ops practices that helped squads ship with one shared language.
