01 — Context
Most people only look for a digital certificate when a tax filing, a contract or a government service demands one. They arrive unsure what an e-CPF or e-CNPJ is, which type to choose, and whether they can trust an online seller with something tied to their identity.
02 — My role
Working as AP Design, I planned the page as a guided explanation, organised and wrote the content, created the site’s visual language and built it in Wix — with a contact form and direct channels so every section can end in a conversation.
03 — Conversion strategy

Explain before you sell
Right after a hero with one promise and one green “Issue my certificate” button, a short, jargon-free answer to “What is a digital certificate?” sets the ground for everything else.

Choosing made easy
Certificates are split into personal and company tabs, and each option — A1, A3 card, A3 token — shows validity, who it suits, advantages and trade-offs.

A real person behind the service
Silvio’s introduction, video-call or in-person service and a customer testimonial answer the trust question that stops most online purchases of identity products.
In detail

Benefits. Security, speed and legal validity, each in one line with a simple icon.

FAQ. Short, direct answers to the doubts that block a purchase — copying, losing the token, expired certificates.

Mobile hero. The promise and the main action fit the first screen.

Mobile catalogue. Certificate options stacked as readable cards.

Mobile contact. Address, phone, email and a short form, one thumb away.
04 — Visual language
Deep navy, generous white space and a subtle wave pattern give the page a calm, institutional feel. Security cues — ICP-Brasil recognition, SSL encryption, auditable processes — back up the promise, and a single green accent is reserved for actions, so the next step is always obvious.
05 — Learnings
When the product is complex, the explanation is the sales pitch. Answering what it is, which one to choose and what happens if something goes wrong did more for conversion than any visual flourish — and gave a one-person business the credibility of a larger one.
Contact
Open to Senior Product Designer roles — remote or international. HealthTech, VR/XR, AI, and complex SaaS are where I do my best work.
