Platform

Scope
UX, UI, catalogue structure, build

01 — Context
Clicloc’s customers are builders, contractors and site managers who need a machine today, often searching from a phone on site. The old website made them dig through lists and gave little reason to trust the service. Every extra step between landing and talking to the team was a lost rental.
02 — My role
Working as AP Design, I defined the information architecture and the conversion flow, designed the interface and built the site in WordPress with Elementor — including an equipment catalogue with categories and product pages that the Clicloc team can update on their own.
03 — Conversion strategy

Search and featured equipment
A search bar and the most-requested machines sit right below the hero, each with a one-tap “Rent” button that opens WhatsApp.

Guided navigation by task
Not sure which machine you need? Visitors pick the job — demolish, lay a floor, clean the site, work at height — or browse ten clear categories.

Product pages that answer first
Photo, uses, availability, delivery time and minimum rental period, with WhatsApp and phone calls to action above the fold.
In detail

Category page. A short explanation, the same search bar and a visual grid of machines.

Social proof, then the close. Testimonials and partner brands lead into the final “ready to rent?” call to action.

Mobile home. The WhatsApp button, delivery promise and search are all within the first scroll.

Mobile product page. Key rental terms and two direct contact buttons, no cart and no forms.

Mobile catalogue. Categories as large tap targets, with the search always at hand.
04 — Trust
Fast delivery, serviced equipment and specialised support sit right next to the first call to action. Testimonials from contractors and the brands Clicloc works with come just before the final prompt, and the visual language — bold red, black and clear product photos — keeps the focus on the machines and the next step.
05 — Learnings
For a local service business, the best experience is often the shortest path to a person. Designing around WhatsApp instead of a cart or a long form matched how Clicloc’s customers already buy, and kept the whole site focused on one measurable action.
Contact
Open to Senior Product Designer roles — remote or international. HealthTech, VR/XR, AI, and complex SaaS are where I do my best work.
