Carguero>Strada

During my time at Carguero, I played a key role in driving the company’s digital evolution. As a Product Designer, I contributed across multiple squads including registration, integration, batches, monitoring, app, classifier, and offers—designing innovative solutions that fueled the company's rapid growth. I witnessed Carguero’s transformation from a 45-person startup to a major supply chain leader with over 450 employees. Additionally, I played an integral part in the merger of TIP Bank and Carguero, which led to the creation of Strada. I was actively involved in the seamless brand transition, aligning visual identity and adapting digital solutions to reflect the company’s new direction, strengthening Strada’s position in the market and ensuring a smooth integration for all stakeholders.

New registraton

I designed a new registration system that facilitated the seamless integration of Cargill as a member on the Carguero platform, streamlining the onboarding process.

Tracking

I designed a tracking system to monitor approximately five thousand daily journeys, enabling real-time visibility into logistics operations and optimizing route efficiency.

Design system

I helped develop the "Kilometer Zero" design system, leveraging Ant Design, to modernize and standardize the legacy interface.

Brand transition

I supported the brand transition from Carguero to Strada, helping to align the visual identity and adapt digital solutions to reflect the company’s new direction across all platforms.

Download schedule

At Strada, I developed the download schedule system to optimize cargo operations, integrating third-party terminal systems and streamlining workflows to enhance operational efficiency and coordination.

Design Ops

At Carguero and Strada, I led Design Ops, organizing files into Figma, mentoring new designers, and creating documentation for interface components and Firebase events.
